With over 20 years of experience as a criminal defense attorney, I handle cases ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious felonies, including cases in which the death penalty is sought.
I earned my JD from Seattle University in 2003, graduating summa cum laude, and my undergraduate degree in Environmental Science in 1998 from Mount Marty University in Yankton, SD, magna cum laude.
I am currently pursuing an LLM in Animal Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School.
